Our Vision and Values
Our vision and values are at the core of everything we do. They underpin our teaching and learning, and provide an environment which prepares our pupils as confident, happy citizens.
At St. Christopher's Catholic Primary School, we embrace each new day and live the Jesus way through:
As a whole community we aim to do this by:
Working together, having fun and being happy.
Respecting and showing love to everyone and everything.
Using kind words and actions.
Always trying our best and never giving up.
Being thankful to each other and to God.
If you would like your child to attend our school, please see full details of our admission arrangements below. For Nursery applications please contact the school directly.
Our School Day
We aim to start our school with children being 'in the line by 5 to 9.' This ensures every child is ready to start the day at 9 o'clock.
Break times are 10:25 to 10:45 for Key Stage 1 and 10:50 to 11:10 for Key Stage 2. Lunch times begin at 11:45 for Key Stage 1 and 12:30 for Key Stage 2. Children go home at 15:15.
We have assemblies on a Monday morning to share the weekly focus and give out caring awards and Friday afternoon for 'Awards assembly.'
