Home Learning 1

Welcome to our Home Learning Zone.

Please find below a list of websites and ideas which children and families can access at home to support their continued learning during this difficult time. If you click on the Class pages there are further resources which are specific to each year group.

Possible Home-School Timetable

This is also where you will find the overview of our weekly themed plans. The plans have been adapted for each year group with appropriate basic skills links which you can find on the individual class pages. The themes are full of ideas which can be completed across the curriculum. Please take a look and pick and choose from the menu. You might want to use the same theme over a few weeks if you're really enjoying it!

Chocolate Phonics game for all year groups

I found this game online that links really well to this weeks theme of chocolate.

Grab a dice and print it out and have some family game time. If it was me, I would add a new rule that you win a piece of chocolate if you get the answer right but I will leave it up to you guys to decide if you want to use my rule.

It's got different menus to print so great for any year group.

Enjoy and please share on Twitter if you take on this challenge.

Check out this website link to interactive lessons 'mapping our world'. There are lots of games and activities to complete linked to our 'What a Wonderful World' theme. Enjoy!

With a bit of help, Mrs Baxter's daughter Grace decided to create a "Where am I?" quiz, when she saw this week's topic. How many can you get right?
