This week is Children's Mental Health Week. This year's theme is 'Express Yourself' and it's all about finding ways to share your feelings, thoughts or ideas through creativity. There will be daily activities set to support this.

ART/EXPRESS YOURSELF ACTIVITY
Create an 'EXPRESS YOURSELF' piece of bunting. Use the triangle to describe and express yourself. Maybe split it into 4? In one part, draw yourself, in another, draw your family, the last two, could be your favourite things, like food, colour, activities.
