English - New Text Genre Focus - Information Report
This week we will be using the ideas and features from last week's information text on raven birds to create our own information reports on Wolves.
Lesson Focus - To write the second information paragraph about one aspect of the wolf; pack life, communicating, hunting, enemies of the wolf along with pictures and explaining captions to use in your wolf report.
Using the below power point slides, table sheet or a piece of paper to plan and write your second wolf report paragraph and drawings with captions.
Our Raven example text is below along with a class opening report example on wolves.

Today is our final fractions lesson. We will be using a fraction of an amount to find the whole. Watch the video below and then answer the questions from the sheet. Do questions 1, 2 and 3 first. If you find these ok, then carry on with the rest of the questions. If you find the questions tricky, stop after question 3.
