From February half term, Mindfulness Club is available every Tuesday lunchtime for Year 6 pupils. A group of Y6 children have been involved in planning the sessions and deciding what they would like included. The sessions are aimed at improving pupils wellbeing, during what can be a difficult year for the children. Activities include yoga, meditation and breathing, colouring in and stencilling and a focus on transition to secondary school. The sessions are extremely popular. If you are in Y6 and would like to attend, you can just drop in.
