Every year for over 20 years, children from Y4 - Y6 have been offered the chance to take part in the annual Liverpool Ski School trip to The Alps for one week. During the week the children are taught in the 'best classroom in the world', the slopes of The Alps. This offers a chance in a lifetime for children to experience, not only a new sport, but a chance to build independence and resilience away from home in a new environment with other children from across Liverpool and across Europe. We also hope that it plays an important part in showing them that anything is possible with practice and determination. At the end of the week all children, without exception, are skiers - what an achievement!
In March 2019 we visited Mont Genevre in The French Alps. The progress made by all of the children during the week was astounding!
